Fees & Discounts

DISCOUNTS:

We’re excited and honored to offer discounts to military, first responder and medical personnel families as well as referrals and siblings. If you are eligible for any of the below discounts, please notify our staff upon registration and they will provide you the appropriate documentation.

Available Discounts:

★ Military: 10% off tuition

★ First Responder: 10% off tuition

★ Medical Personnel: 10% off tuition

★ Refer-a-friend: free day

★ Sibling Discount: $1 off per child

Discount Details:

  • Current military/first responder/medical identification is necessary at time of enrollment

  • Refer-a-friend provides a one day fee/child for both the referring student and the referred student and does not apply to previously enrolled students or families

  • Sibling discount is available to immediate family members only

FEES:

Fees can be paid automatically through our family app called KangarooTime. Registration fees are nonrefundable. There is an annual registration fee of $50 per family due at the time of registration, along with the first week’s fees.

Enrollment Fees:

★ Preschool and K-prep (ages 3-5) classes are $30 per day

★ Early Preschool (ages 2-3) classes are $32 per day

★ $50 Annual Registration fee (due at the time of registration)

Payment Policies:

  • Payment is expected weekly and is due by Monday of the current week.

  • There is a fee of $5 per day for payments received after the first scheduled day of that week or month.

  • There is a fee of $25 plus bank fees for returned checks.

  • Payment can be made through KangarooTime app.

  • Additional fees of $10 will incur for pickup times, which are later than 10 minutes past the scheduled dismissal.

Day Off Fee Policies:

  • Our school closure policy states that families will still be responsible for tuition payment on holiday closures for the school year. Families will be credited for days the school is closed for personal matters. These days will be reflected on the Session Calendar each family receives at the beginning of each session. 

  • Emergency closures due to weather or teacher illness are charged normally. These days are not planned and as we are a prepay service, the week should already be paid for in advance. 

  • If a family’s schedule allows and if there is room in other sessions during the week, the parent may ask to reschedule a day free of charge to make up for the emergency closure day.
